Compliance that runs the site,
not the paperwork
AICOS QHSE is one platform where an industrial contractor's quality, health, safety and environment functions run together, with AI that guides the work and a person who confirms it. Built for industrial-services contractors in Saudi Arabia, Oman and the wider GCC.

Risk matrix
liveCompliance lives in too many files, and the field reaches them last.
Separate files for everything
Incidents, permits, risk registers and audits sit in different files, so no one can say what the company knows about a site without assembling it by hand.
Client audits take weeks to prepare
When a client HSE audit or a pre-qualification arrives, the team spends weeks gathering evidence that should already be in one place.
Field data arrives late and incomplete
Observations, permits and photos reach the office after the fact, with gaps. By then the moment to act on them has passed.
One system, one truth, from the site to the boardroom.
Every action is logged, so the picture in the office is the picture on the site.
- 01
Set up your organisation
Departments, levels and twelve role personas decide which modules each person sees. Regional editions add the legal register that applies.
- 02
Capture it in the field
The mobile app for iOS and Android works offline and syncs later, with GPS and photo evidence captured on the day.
- 03
Review and act by role
Each user works in the modules their role needs. Sentinel flags permit conflicts, expiring certificates and repeat NCRs, and a person confirms every suggestion.
- 04
Track readiness and audit
Audit readiness shows as a score, and dashboards roll up from departments to an executive Business-Excellence view.
Twenty-four modules in six groups.
Executive, HSE and risk, quality and compliance, assets and people, delivery, and system administration, with Sentinel as the assistant across all of them.

Sentinel guides the work. A person confirms it.
Sentinel is the compliance assistant built into AICOS QHSE. It is conversational and works across modules, and every suggestion it makes is labelled, logged and human-confirmed.
- Investigates incidents with 5-Why root-cause analysis and drafts CAPAs
- Detects repeat NCR patterns
- Scans permits for SIMOPS conflicts
- Alerts on expiring certifications
- Runs asset readiness checks that block assets with expired certificates
- Gives an audit-readiness score
Advisory, labelled, logged. Sentinel does not make decisions on its own.
Built for contractors whose licence to operate depends on proving compliance.
Industrial-services contractors, EPC and maintenance companies, and oil and gas service providers in Saudi Arabia and Oman, whose work depends on showing a regulator or a client that the controls are in place.
Directors and managers
QHSE Director, Operations Director and Managing Director see audit readiness and open actions across projects.
Daily users
HSE managers and officers, QA/QC, permit authorities, field supervisors, drivers and document controllers. Twelve role personas run from executive to field, and each person sees only the modules their department and level allow.

Common questions
Which languages does AICOS QHSE support?
The interface is available in English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout. The Saudi Arabia edition also carries Arabic labels and Hijri dates.
Does the field app work without a connection?
Yes. The mobile app for iOS and Android works offline and syncs later. It is built around four personas: Field Supervisor, Driver, HSE Officer and Permit Authority. GPS and photo evidence, Stop-Work and Life-Saving-Rules prompts, heat and emergency alerts with acknowledgement, and competency expiry are built in.
How do the regional editions differ?
The Saudi Arabia edition adds a Saudi legal register, Life-Saving Rules compliance, Hijri dates, Arabic labels and an Authorized Driver persona. The Oman edition grows to 29 modules and adds Oman regulator requirements, operator overlay packs and a driver-eligibility engine. Both come with a regional field mobile app.
How do roles and access work?
Access is role-based. There are twelve role personas, from executive to field, and each user sees only the modules their department and level allow.
Where is AICOS QHSE hosted?
It runs as cloud hosting on serverless functions with a managed PostgreSQL database.
How does AICOS QHSE relate to ISO and other standards?
ISO Compliance and Audit Management are modules inside the platform, so clause-mapped status, audit programmes and findings sit alongside incidents, permits and risk. The standards section of this site describes the standards AICOS is organised around and how each one maps to the platform.
